Agrotech means Agriculture technology. It is the use of modern technological innovations, artificial Intelligence, and all other forms of technology in farming for increased productivity and yield, quality, and profitability.


The Agrotech sector, a rapidly expanding niche within the technology ecosystem, has experienced significant advancements propelled by technological progress. Agrotech endeavors to enhance food production and streamline agricultural processes for farmers, aiming to alleviate the challenges faced by farmworkers

Agrotech is a blessing to the field of agriculture: it can also be referred to as Smart farming. It reduces work hours and improves productivity. Many years before the development of advanced agricultural technology, farmers had to work up to six out of seven days a week in the rain and sun to ensure that the harvest was good. If they couldn't carry out the tasks themselves, they had to employ and pay more workers.

These fabrics are specifically engineering material to suit a particular application. It helps to reduce the damage caused to life by earth's movement like earthquake to a very low percent.


3. Agricultural drones are specialized unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) or remotely piloted aircraft systems (RPAS) tailored for agricultural applications. Their purposes consists of crop monitoring, efficient irrigation management, early pest and disease detection, precise crop spraying, and detailed crop mapping, help farmers monitor the hard-to-reach areas of their farms, access the fertility of crops, apply fertilizers and pesticides, and successfully plan irrigation systems. These drones are outfitted with an array of sensors, cameras, and advanced technology to aid in agricultural and land management tasks.


Agrotech alleviates the burden on farmers and minimizes resource wastage. With advancements in Agrotech, the integration of technology-driven equipment throughout the agricultural process, from production to harvest, has significantly boosted productivity while reducing time wastage. For example, what might have taken a large-scale farmer hours or even days to manually fertilize hectares of land can now be efficiently accomplished with the introduction of drones, streamlining tasks and enhancing efficiency in agricultural operations.

Firstly, you have to be what is called an Agric-Entrepreneur. And the way you become one is by adapting creatively to the changes of time, spreading risk and exploring ways to get more value from the resources available.The demand for food and farm products keeps increasing globally and Farmers who have transformed themselves into Agric-Entrepreneurs have been able to make improvements through technology and improved sustainability practices to see good rewards.
